संस्कार मनुष्य को श्रेष्ठ बना सकते हैं। संस्कार से व्यक्ति में विशेष सुधार होता है। सरकार देश में कानून तो बना सकती है, पर सभी लोगों को उस कानून पर चला नहीं सकती। संस्कार ही है, जो अपराध को रोक सकते हैं। क्योंकि संस्कारी व्यक्ति कभी भी संस्कृति को खराब नहीं करेगा। पापी व्यक्ति को धर्म कथा अच्छी नहीं लगती है, परंतु उसे संसार की सांसारिक क्रिया अच्छी लगती है। जिस प्रकार से व्यक्ति को सांप काट लेता है, तो उस व्यक्ति को गुलाब जामुन रसगुल्ला मिठाई अच्छे नहीं लगती है। परंतु उसे कड़वी नीम अच्छी लगती है I
सरकार से यह मेरा विनम्र अनुरोध है कि संस्कार और नैतिक शिक्षा बच्चों की छोटी और वयस्क उम्र में पढ़ाना अनिवार्य करें I
Sanskar can make a human being elevated. There is a special improvement in a person by rituals. The government can make laws in the country, but it cannot make all the people follow that law. Sanskar is the only thing that can stop crime. Because a cultured person will never spoil the culture. A sinful person does not like religious stories, but he likes the worldly activities of the world. Just as if a person is bitten by a snake, he does not like Gulab Jamun Rasgulla sweets. But he likes bitter neem.
It is my humble request to the government to make it mandatory to teach values and moral education at the young and adult age of children.
